The current app uses cookies for access and account sessions, and browser storage for your selected preferences. Which entries are present depends on the features you use. This page covers information stored on your device; our privacy notice explains account and support records kept by the service.

Access and account cookies

xenon_site_access

Remembers entry through the private review access gate for up to 14 days.

pokex_user

Maintains the signed-in account session for up to 12 hours. Logging out clears it.

xenon_remembered_device

Supports quick PIN unlock on a remembered device for up to 30 days when you set it up.

pokex_account

Identifies a connected marketplace-account session for up to 30 days where that feature is enabled. Logging out clears this cookie. It does not enable purchases.

These access and account cookies support the service you request. They are not advertising cookies. The appearance and currency choices below remember how you want the app to look and display prices.

Browser preferences and temporary state

Local storage remembers your appearance and GBP, USD or EUR display choice across visits, until changed or cleared.

Email and recovery cooldowns

Local storage entries xenon_email_resend_after and xenon_recovery_resend_after remember the short wait before another request. The app removes expired entries when it next checks them.

Marketplace handoff state

Where a handoff flow is available, session storage can keep a confirmation identifier so reloading the same tab does not create a duplicate confirmation.

Your controls

You can change appearance and currency in the app and clear this site’s cookies or stored data in your browser. Clearing access or session cookies may require you to sign in or enter private review access again. Blocking storage can prevent preferences or session features from working as expected.

Advertising and analytics

The current app does not set an advertising or cross-site analytics cookie. Its own usage counters measure aggregate events without a browser analytics identifier. If optional tracking is added, its purpose and applicable controls will be explained before it is used.

External marketplaces and the extension

Following a marketplace link opens another site, whose own storage rules apply. The optional local shopper stores its pause and marketplace preferences in browser extension storage until changed or removed. Automatic marketplace reading is currently off. Its current connection and storage are described in the local shopper privacy section. This page is not an inventory of another site’s cookies.
