These terms describe the current XENONTCG service, operated by XENON MARKET TECHNOLOGIES LTD: card discovery, marketplace links, watchlists, collection tracking and support. The service is in private review, and availability and data coverage can change.

Your account

Use your own account, provide accurate account information and keep sign-in details private. Do not use the service to access another person’s information, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful content. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

Card identity and collection records

Check the printing, language, edition, finish, condition, grader and grade before relying on a match. A collection entry records information you supplied or an identified source supplied; it does not authenticate the card or independently verify ownership. Keep quantities accurate and report incorrect matches through support.

Prices and history

Marketplace asks, bids, price guides, indices and completed sales are different kinds of evidence. Refer to the source, label and date shown. Prices and availability can change, and missing coverage does not show that a card is unavailable everywhere.

Collection values are reference estimates based on available prices and your recorded quantities. Quantity changes can alter a chart total. A valuation or chart is not a guaranteed sale price, a promise of returns or a recommendation to invest. Display currency conversion is informational; the marketplace determines the currency and amount payable there.

Marketplace purchases and returns

Marketplace links take you to an external site. Review its seller, item description, final price, delivery charges, taxes, payment terms and buyer protections before deciding to transact. Seller badges describe information reported by a marketplace; they are not a XENONTCG guarantee.

The destination marketplace and seller provide the applicable checkout, delivery, cancellation, return and refund process. Contact them through the relevant order process for a purchase made there. XENONTCG support can investigate an incorrect link or displayed match but cannot promise a third-party refund.

Current fees and disabled features

XENONTCG does not currently charge customers a transaction fee. Purchases, funded bids, seller publication, wallet transfers and customer or creator rewards are not enabled in this review. Saving a card, recording a holding or contacting support does not authorise a transaction. A future paid service or reward programme would need its own terms and clear information before participation.

Optional local shopper

The local shopper is optional. Its current version reports connection and availability status; automatic marketplace reading is off pending permission. Website API results and manual marketplace links remain separate. Installation or a marketplace sign-in does not guarantee coverage or authorise XENONTCG to transact. You control whether to install it, pause it or remove it. Follow the destination marketplace’s rules when visiting it.

Service changes and problems

We may correct data, change features or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or misuse. Review features may be interrupted or withdrawn. Keep your own record of information you need independently. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, support and complaints

Read our privacy notice and cookies and browser storage information. For an account, matching or service complaint, use account support or email xenontcg@agentmail.to. Include a relevant card link or ticket reference, but never a password, API secret or full payment details. Account closure and personal-data requests can be made through the same contact.

Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated date. A marketplace’s own terms govern its service.
